INGREDIENTS
Whole milk 165 grams
Sugar 65 grams
Heavy whipping cream 260 grams
Vanilla bean pod scraped 1( or can substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Vodka 1 teaspoon
Raspberry 80 grams mashed
METHOD
Mix sugar and milk to at least partially dissolve the sugar.
Add the sugar/milk mixture and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into pops mold and freeze for about one hour.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hours.
Serve of unmold pops and store them in a lidded container in the freezer.
