INGREDIENTS

 

Whole milk 165 grams

Sugar 65 grams

Heavy whipping cream 260 grams

Vanilla bean pod scraped 1( or can substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)

Vodka 1 teaspoon

Raspberry 80 grams mashed

 

METHOD

 

  • Mix sugar and milk to at least partially dissolve the sugar.

  • Add the sugar/milk mixture and the rest of the ingredients.

  • Pour into pops mold and freeze for about one hour.

  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hours.

  • Serve of unmold pops and store them in a lidded container in the freezer.

  • Better consumed within 24 hours
