INGREDIENTS

 

Whole milk 165 grams

Sugar 65 grams

Heavy whipping cream 260 grams

Instant coffee (reg or decaf) 7 grams

Vodka 1 teaspoon

 

METHOD

 

(1) Mix sugar and milk to at least partially dissolve the sugar.

(2) Prepare a lidded container for the final ice cream by chilling it in the freezer.

(3) Add the sugar/milk mixture and the rest of the ingredients to the ice cream machine bowl and process according to manufacturer instructions.

(4) Transfer to chilled container and store in the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.

 

notes: Is best eaten within 8-10 hours
