INGREDIENTS
Whipping Cream 500ml/17fl.oz.
Powder sugar 14grams/2TBSP
Cream of tartar 1.5 grams/1/2 tsp
Variations/additions:
+ Cinnamon 1g / 1/4 tsp
+ Vanilla extract 4g / 1 tsp
+ Cognac (or the like) 15g / 1 TBSP
METHOD
Siphon method
Combine all ingredients into a 0.5L whipped cream dispenser. Shake a few times and charge with 1 nitrous oxide whipped cream charger. Shake again and serve.
Whisk Method
Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk side to side until a creamy or slightly denser consistency.
Jar Method
Add all ingredients in a jar tighten the lid and shake until desired consistency is achieved.
